SES INTENT TO REGISTER FORM
Intent to Register indicate intent to register and do not secure a spot. At this time we are registering students on a first come basis.

Parent/guardian will be contacted via email within 2/3 business days to confirm submission of form. Applicants will be offered a spot at SES on a first come basis in accord with the date and time the Intent to Register Form is submitted.

If a spot is available family will be asked to make an appointment to pick an enrollment packet. If there are no current spots at the time of interest, family will be put on waiting list on a first come basis should a spot become available at a later date.
