I discovered disappointing information early in 2022; I found none of the house I complete in 2021 had been issued for a permit as of Jan 26, 2022.  This realization that timelines had changed so drastically prompted me to try and start recording this process and trying to drill down into the root causes of these long delays.  Inform clients and homeowners that the permitting process has changed significantly and requires much more time than before.
