Vendor registration: Boutique Fair
Thank you for signing up to join us at the DVIA Holiday Boutique Fair on Saturday, December 2nd from 11:30 AM to 3:30 PM. Once you fill out this form, we will be sending you an email with further instructions about set-up, timings, and more. At this time, the vendor sign-up is only open to current DVIA families. Registration & Payment must be collected by November 18th.

Vendor understands that no more than one company is to be featured in their space. Parents may not share their company/business booth with their student’s endeavor.
No more than one space per company during the boutique. Spaces will be assigned on a first come first served basis once application and payment is received.
All vendors agree to be set-up by 11:15am on Saturday, December 9th and to not begin tear down until 3:30pm
For Direct Sales Vendors: This is on a first come, first serve, based on payment. One vendor per company, two per genre allowed
Please know that spots are not reserved until payment is made.
