2023 USA Boxing Last Chance Qualifier Media Credential Application
The below form is to be completed by all media interested in attending the 2023 USA Boxing Last Chance Qualifier, scheduled Sept. 9-16 at the Pueblo Convention Center in Pueblo, Colo. 

USA Boxing will review all applications and approve those based on a set criteria created by USA Boxing. Submitting an application does not guarantee a media credential.

An application must be submitted for every member of crew. Documentary crews will need to provide information on documentary subject and distribution information.
