3rd Party Fundraising Application Form
Thank you for considering the Weyburn Humane Society (WHS) as a beneficiary of your fundraising activities. We greatly appreciate your efforts to help us care for the hundreds of animals that enter our shelter each year. All money raised by and for the WHS is used directly to support and benefit our animals.

By providing us with information we will:
- Provide authorization to validate the authenticity of the event and its organizers.
- Help with advertising

The WHS reserves the right to deny any application for a fundraising activity that does not comply with the mission of, or project a positive image of the WHS.

The Weyburn Humane Society, employees, volunteers and members are not liable for any injuries, damage or theft sustained during your event and cannot assume any type of liability for your event, participants, volunteers or employees.

If you are conducting raffles, lottery sales or any other type of activity that involves selling to the general public you may require a special license or permit. Please make sure you take the necessary steps to obtain these. The WHS will not provide its license or permits for your event or be held liable if found in violation of these rules.

You or your organization/group must receive permission from WHS to use our name and/or logo in conjunction with your event. The WHS must approve all promotional material prior to distribution.
