Neuraxio, maintainer of different Open-Source Projects, requests that You, the contributor, sign a Contributor Licence Agreement ("CLA") regarding any software code and/or documentation You desire to contribute to its blog articles, content, and Open-Source Projects ("Contribution").

By submitting your Contribution to one of the Open-Source Project, You hereby agree to:
- grant to Neuraxio and to recipients of software distributed by Neuraxio a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable copyright licence to reproduce, prepare derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, sublicense, and distribute Your Contributions and such derivative works;
- grant to Neuraxio a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, transferable, royalty-free, irrevocable patent licence, with the right to sublicense these rights to multiple tiers of sublicensees, to make, have made, use, sell, offer for sale, import and otherwise transfer your Contribution and your Contribution in combination with its Open-Source Projects (and portions of such combination); and
- allow Neuraxio to license your Contribution and your Contribution in combination with its Open-Source Project (and portion of such combination) under the Apache Licence, Version 2.0, and to include the appropriate copyright notice required by the licence.

You represent that You are legally entitled to grant the above licence. In the case where You make a Contribution on behalf of a Corporation, You represent further that each employee of the Corporation designated by You is authorized to submit Contributions on behalf of the Corporation.

You represent that each of Your Contribution is original.

You are not expected to provide support for Your Contributions, except to the extent You desire to provide support.

This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of Quebec, CANADA including its conflicts of law provisions and the courts of Québec of the Province of Quebec will be competent.
