Parent Survey - Preference of School Model:  On-Campus, Virtual, or Blended
We are asking for your opinion on three models we are considering for the 2020-21 school year.  Depending on parents' opinions, financial reality, and guidance from the local health department, we may be able to offer multiple tracks so parents can choose from a model that best accommodates their circumstances.  Regardless of the model, students will still be accountable for meeting the academic standards University Academy has in place for graduation and promotion.  Our mission of providing a rigorous college-prep education has not changed.   Please be aware that this is strictly a survey and not an enrollment of any kind.
