The following form will take at least 15 minutes to complete, and many of the answers will take quite a bit of thought. This is the point. Make sure to take some time before starting this form to reflect on what your goals are for going to university in the United States. Ask yourself, "What is the most important thing for me?" It could be location, the strength of your desired major, quality of athletics, or a specific club you have your eye on.
