I consent to the collection and use of my personal data provided in this registration form by the organizers of the Forum, including the Project ”Sustainable Livestock Production and Animal Welfare“ (SULAWE), the Swiss-Ukrainian Programme “Higher Value Added Trade from the Organic and Dairy Sector in Ukraine” (QFTP), for the purposes of organizing and conducting the event, as well as related follow-up and reporting. I understand that my data will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection regulations and will not be shared with third parties beyond the organizing institutions. All personal data will be deleted at the latest after the end of the project/ programme and the official reporting period.
