1. All work is used for instructional purposes/ community services.

2. The person requesting the work must pay for all materials that are used to complete the job and also any additional expenses incurred, unless administrative approval is received to defer the cost.

3. The person requesting the work to be done will assume responsibility for delivery and recovery of all live work, unless otherwise specified.

4. It is the policy of the school that all live work must remain in the school until work is completed and paid for, unless otherwise specified.

5. There will be no charge for labor, but donations will be accepted.

6. The person requesting the work to be done must sign this statement releasing the student, teacher and school from responsibility for fire, theft, damage, injury, workmanship and parts.
