MAKE-UP EDUCATIONAL ASSESSMENT EXAM REGISTRATION for the 2017-18 School Year

FOR ALL NEW STUDENTS interested in attending Juan Diego for the 2017-18 school year (incoming 9th Grade, and new 10th through 12th grade students). **NOTE: This is a make-up Educational Assessment Exam for incoming students that were unable to take the exam in December 2016, and February 2017.

* Test Date is Saturday, March 4, 2017
* PARK in WEST Parking Lot, ENTER BUILDING through DOOR "B"
* 7:50AM - CHECKIN ~ Meet outside of the JDCHS Library
* Testing 8:00AM - *12:30PM ~ Computer based adaptive test, student may complete at their own pace. Student may finish as early as 11:30AM
* JDCHS will provide a light snack.

What to bring on exam day
* $25 test fee (Cash or check made payable to JDCHS).

What tests will my son/daughter take?
* JDCHS administers the computer based College Board ACCUPLACER Diagnostic exams, and a Scholastic Reading Inventory Lexile reading assessment test for our EducationalAssessment Exams.
