Each year, we mail our Native Plant Discount Flyer to active program participants*. This year, if you submit the form before August 2, 2026, we'll mail you a new one the last week of September, and you'll be able to start shopping with it on October 1st.
*"Active program participants" means a participant whose property is in-progress or whose certification is not expired. If your certification has expired, complete the survey questions below, and follow the steps to renew it.
Please complete this form to receive next year's flyer in October 2026.
Before completing the form, please note the following:
- When submitting your interest in the enrolled property address section, follow the format "1234 SW Name Ave". Don't use periods. Use capitalized abbreviations (N, NE, NW, SW, SE and St, Rd, Blvd, Ave, Ln, Dr, Ct, Pl, Ter, Trl, Way, Cir, Loop, Hwy, or Pkwy). Watch out for extra spaces.
- If your address ends with a W, N, or E (leave it off and when our our staff reviews submissions we will manually add it).
- All new participants waiting for their initial site visit with a Habitat Technician, you will receive a flyer in the welcome packet at the initial site visit.
