Tea Time at Wooden Hill
This is a FREE Mindfulness session at Wooden Hill Brewing Company, followed by a social hour!

Mindfulness Session by Kathleen:
We'll use Mindfulness to go inward, connect to inner peace and calm. We'll start with some light movement (for every body!), have time for meditation (guided and silent), and end with some relaxation.
Tea time! This is a great time to mingle with your fellow Mindfulness folks, ask questions, and relax while enjoying some Wooden Hill Brewery beverages, including their very own "Steeped!"
Not only is this a FREE event, but you'll actually get a chance to get stuff!

About the "Tea" (from the Wooden Hill website:
): "We created our own version of craft soda called "Steeped." It's a cold, carbonated beverage made in house with loose leaf tea and spices, and served on tap and in cans to go. Our current flavors available are Jasmine, Ginger, and Chai."
Mindfulness is choosing to be aware of your present moment, and doing so non-judgmentally.
We go to the gym and fitness classes to keep our body healthy. Mindfulness is how we keep our brain healthy. And a you know, your brain runs your whole system...including the choices you make about going to the gym! If you're looking for ongoing inner peace and calm, we can train our brain to obtain that.
