Library Course Readings (Reserves) Submission Form
Please use this form to submit your Course Reading titles to the library. If you have any questions, you can reach us at coursereadings@claremont.edu.

A few things to be aware of:
--If you've already submitted textbooks/course readings to the Huntley Bookstore (at least 2 weeks before the start of classes), you do not need to complete this form. We will receive that information directly from the bookstore.

--The Library will attempt to acquire an e-version that allows for unlimited simultaneous users of all Course Reading titles, if one is available. However, please be aware that a significant portion of textbook publishers do not provide e-options for libraries to acquire. Also, in many cases, publishers will limit the number of users that can access the eBook at the same time. To determine e-version availability and explore options, please reach out to your subject librarian before completing this form: https://library.claremont.edu/librarians

--Once your request has been processed and the items are available, you can view them here: https://ccl.on.worldcat.org/courseReserves/landing (Timelines vary depending on the availability of items and the number of requests received. Our goal is to have all course materials that have been requested up to 2 weeks before the start of the semester available by the time the semester begins.)

I hereby acknowledge the following: The Library will attempt to acquire an e-version of all Course Reading titles if one is available. If an e-version is available, I understand that the Library will aim to acquire a multi-user eBook license whenever possible but in some cases will only be able to acquire a 1-user (at a time) license. I also understand that many publishers do not make any e-versions available for libraries to purchase. If no e-version is available, the Library will purchase a print version and scan portions of the text upon request. *
If you want to be sure an e-version is available or explore options, please contact your subject librarian before completing this form: https://library.claremont.edu/librarians.
