By submitting the information requested in this survey, you consent to being contacted by the Epic Games User Research Team for upcoming User Research opportunities.

▪ All information will remain confidential and will only be accessed by the Epic Games User Research team.

▪ Participants must be located in the United States and be at least 18 years old.

▪ User Research sessions will occur remotely by video chat at your personal PC, by phone, or via online surveys. On-site sessions may resume in the future at our UX Lab located in Cary, NC.

▪ If you are selected to participate in a User Research session, you will be required to read and sign a Nondisclosure Agreement (NDA) provided by Epic Games.
