Spring Break Adventure at Camp Mikell

Join North Georgia Credit Union at Camp Mikell from 10 AM to 2 PM on Monday, March 30 for a free hands-on Spring Break experience where kids can explore nature, meet live animals, and spend the day outdoors learning and creating! This free program is designed for youth and families and includes interactive stations led by NGCU and Camp Mikell educators.


Kids will:
  • 🐢 Meet live Animal Ambassadors (snakes, turtles, and more!)
  • 🪙 Learn how to spot real money using UV light, watermarks, and hidden features.
  • 🔍 Explore patterns, textures, and “hidden features” along a a guided nature discovery walk
  • 🎨 Create their own custom “money” craft inspired by what they discover
Event Details:
  • Ages 6-12
  • FREE program | Limited to 20 youth participants
  • Parent/guardian/youth leader must stay during the event
  • Lunch provided
  • Waiver required for each child
Registration deadline:
  • Friday, March 13
