Hike Description
This is a challenging loop that takes you to the summit of Mount Diablo. The views from the top are hard to beat! From the summit, on a clear day, get panoramic views of the Bay Area, and can even see the Sierra Nevada Mountains.

Trail Leader: Emma Elmore
Difficulty Level: Difficult/Hard
Length: 13+ miles
Elevation Gain: 3500 ft.

What to Bring? 
  • 2+ liters of water per person
  • lunch and snacks
  • sun protection 
  • bug protection 
  • hiking boots or proper trail shoes 
  • trekking poles / walking stick
