Wellington PTO Volunteer Interest Form 2024-2025
Welcome to another exciting year (2024-25) at Wellington Elementary!

The PTO provides many community and student enrichment events thanks to our fundraising and volunteer support. Joining the PTO is a wonderful way to build community at Wellington and support our staff and students.

We invite you to complete this PTO Volunteer Interest form and share how you would like to participate this school year. By filling out this form, you will be helping the PTO in our search to fill volunteer positions for  events throughout the school year. Expressing interest doesn't automatically sign you up; the event coordinators or Board members will reach out to interested parents/guardians to confirm availability as each event nears. Also, the dates are approximates and may change slightly as planning progresses.

Thank you for supporting Wellington Elementary and the PTO!

Thank you for considering volunteering with the PTO. A couple of important reminders for our volunteers.
CORI Checks

WHO: All volunteers and other individuals who may have direct, monitored, and unmonitored contact with children in the Belmont Public Schools must complete a criminal offender records information (CORI) background check.

WHERE: Everyone will receive a CORI form in your student's Communications folder. Applications are also available in the main office of all Belmont Schools and at the Wellington Elementary School office. Please bring a photo ID when you come in to complete the form. CORI checks performed by any Belmont Public School are valid for the entire Belmont Public School system.

WHEN: This school year, we’re asking all parents to fill out a CORI form. All potential Wellington Elementary School volunteers must be cleared at least one week prior to assuming a volunteer role/assignment. A CORI check needs to be completed every three years. If you are unsure of your status, please check with the secretary in the school office.
