All Jeffco Schools who have identified their healthy school liaison(s) and health goals are eligible for funding to support health goal implementation. Please complete the information below to apply for additional wellness funding for your school.

Funded schools, must complete an end of year survey/report on progress.
Preference will be given to schools following the Jeffco Schools Wellness Policy and best practices.
Schools with BOTH a Healthy Schools Team and Student Led Wellness Team: BOTH of your teams may apply for funding.

To apply, schools MUST have healthy schools liaisons/team. Teams must have at least 2 people, meeting at least 4-5 times a year. Typically a team has 3-5 staff, students and/or parents representing health across the school building.

When the funding is processed, your school front office and the Healthy Schools Liaison(s) will receive grant information from the central accounting office. Then you will be able to spend your funding on equipment and materials specific to your award.
