What is MBTI?
The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) is a personality assessment tool that categorizes individuals into one of 16 personality types based on preferences in four dichotomies: Extraversion vs. Introversion, Sensing vs. Intuition, Thinking vs. Feeling, and Judging vs. Perceiving. Developed by Isabel Briggs Myers and Katharine Cook Briggs, the MBTI is widely used for personal development, career counseling, and team building.
