URA Thermometer Request Form
This form is for requesting a thermometer from URA Health and Safety committee to document temperature issues in your workspaces. Issues should be reported to Rutgers IPO using the maintenance request link here.  https://apps.ufcp.rutgers.edu/CR/Login?ReturnUrl=%2fcr

Photos of the temperature and humidity levels can then be submit along with your request.  We are asking for very location specific data so we can track if requests are coming from the same locations to help determine both the frequency and distribution of issues.
