We are looking for dedicated and passionate individuals who are interested in enriching the lives of others and giving back to the community.

These individuals must be aware that this is a service program and not an employment opportunity. Their 10 months of service will be spent supporting students and staff within local neighborhood schools as well as working to fulfill the mission of Homewood Children's Village which is to improve the lives of Homewood’s children and simultaneously reweave the fabric of the community in which they live.

The HCV AmeriCorps Program also prioritizes member development in areas of leadership, project management, and community engagement. As a participant of the program, members will practice and leverage skills to increase educational outcomes of students, provide and connect community members to resources, as well as invest and plan for their own career advancement.
