We worked with administration to plan a safe and healthy ceremony, while still maintaining some aspects of a traditional Marching Band Banquet. We need everyone’s cooperation to insure the safety of our students, staff, and guests.
 
We ask for everyone's cooperation regarding the safety guidelines that have been put in place:

1.  Each family is allowed six members. This number INCLUDES the band member(s). All family members must be pre-registered. Only registered guests will be allowed to attend.

2.  All arrivals will be staggered. Please do not arrive before scheduled time. Families with multiple members, arrive at the time for the older student:
*Senior families - 5:00pm
*Junior/Sophomore families - 5:15pm
*Freshmen/8th Grade/7th Grade families - 5:30pm

3.  A check in table will be set up like those used for football games as you drive in.

4.  Every attendee must wear a mask covering mouth and nose at all times.

5.  Social distancing is required. Students are required to stay with families.

6.  Please bring a personal use bottle of water. No food is allowed.

7.  Every family will observe distancing rules by sitting in a "family pod" on the field. Each pod must be a minimum of 6 feet from adjacent pods. Please bring your own seating (chair or blanket) for your pod.

8.  Bathrooms will be available in the new gym lobby.

9.  Please remain in your seat/area until departing as directed.

10.  To prevent a crowded exit we will ask for cooperation at the conclusion of the ceremony. Guests will be dismissed in an orderly fashion, to pick up awards and proceed to your car to depart. Gathering guidelines require all attendees depart without socialization.

Out of an abundance of caution we ask that you please follow social distancing guidelines and avoid large group gatherings prior to the ceremony. If any attendee is not feeling well, we urge that they do not attend the event.
