This is the official hiring contract for all music instruments owned by the Grove Primary School.
Please fill this form out if you wish to hire an instrument from the school for the year.
Please note that as per insurance regulations, all instruments must be returned at the end of each term.
Important information:
- Every single instrument has a make and serial number engraved onto the instrument.
- The hiring charge for 2025 is R620 per term.
- All instruments at The Grove Primary School are insured by the school.
- Please make payment to the school with your child's name as reference, as well as the instrument hired.
- Please note that the school reserves the right to take withdraw an instrument should no payment be received within 30 days of the start of each term.
