A comprehensive risk assessment will have been carried out by the organiser,   but participants take part at their own risk and are responsible for their own safety during the event.

Privacy: when entering our events your name may appear in the results section of the AYROC website.

Photographs may be taken and used for publicity purposes. If you have any objections or concerns of inappropriateness please contact one of the AYROC officials or speak directly to the photographer. Photographers should not take close images of children or vulnerable people without direct permission and should avoid taking pictures around the toilet or first aid facilities.

Although Scotland changed to the Beyond 0 Level on 9th August 2021, sports clubs are still obliged to comply with certain requirements.  In order to facilitate the tracking system through Test and Trace,  personal details of all participants must be collected.   There is no longer a requirement for social distancing however the Scottish Government are advising us to give each other space.  This is encouraged at the start and finish of events. Good hygiene remains important so hand sanitising is advised and will be available.  The Scottish Government have advised that Levels of restrictions may change at short notice and that all clubs need to be prepared to respond to this, so activities and events may need to be changed or cancelled at short notice.  Sheelagh Nichol, Covid Officer of AYROC will coordinate this.(secretary@ayroc.co.uk).                                                         I confirm that I do not have Covid, I am not currently self isolating or in quarantine.  If my circumstances change in the intervening time before the event I will inform you.
