This referral form can be completed by either the person referring Mr. Rooter (an existing or past customer) or by the person who was referred to Mr. Rooter (a potential new customer).

The potential new customer receives a complementary 1-year Advantage Plan Membership as a thank you for giving Mr. Rooter a try. And the customer who referred Mr. Rooter to a friend, family member or neighbor receives a $50 Target Gift Card if the referral leads to a completed paid service.
