INspiration Interiors Service Claim Form
Aloha! Prior to submitting a claim, please read the following:
1. Warranty is valid for the original purchaser for one year from delivery date, for normal residential and office purposes only. Rental or commercial use invalidates warranty.
2. For new merchandise picked up at Warehouse - items must be inspected once brought into the residence. You have 3 days to report any defects or damages. We are not liable for damages caused by customers self-transport or self-assembly of their items.
3. For delivered merchandise - items must be inspected at time of delivery. Please let the delivery team know right away. You have 5 days after delivery to let us know of any defects/damages that were not reported at time of delivery.  
4. Floor Models or As-Is items are sold without warranty. All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or repairs.
5. Leather and Fabric are warranted for 12 months after delivery for manufacturer defects only.
6. Internal component warranties vary by manufacturer. Inspiration is not liable for any other costs incurred while repairing the product, including but not limited to service or repair fees, and parts costs.
7. Service appointment/consult fee - $150. Repair fees - $150/hour. Parts cost varies.
8. Delivery/Pickup fee - $150 each way; scheduling is based on availability.

LEATHER IS STRETCHED, LOOSE, OR CREASING: Please be advised that leather may become loose or creased during natural settling in the padding. You can reduce the appearance by properly maintaining, cleaning, and molding the leather.
LEATHER IS DISCOLORED: Please be advised, leather items should not be exposed to direct sunlight or placed under powerful lighting in order to preserve the condition of the leather. 
LEATHER IS PEELING OR CRACKING: Please be advised that body oils, lotions, pet dander, and certain medications can affect the quality/texture of leather.

Sunscreens, lotions, or liquids left on leather surfaces for long periods of time may cause residue buildup and discoloration.

TO FINALIZE SUBMITTING YOUR CLAIM - SEND REQUESTED PICTURES TO (808)427-3067. PICTURES ARE MANDATORY AND YOUR CLAIM WILL NOT BE PROCESSED WITHOUT THEM. Failure to send in pictures will invalidate the claim and disqualify future service claims on the item.  *
