Alternate Payment Schedule Request

We know that some families may prefer a different payment schedule to better fit their household budget.

Our standard billing schedule charges monthly tuition in full before the start of each month. If that schedule doesn’t work for your family, you may request an alternate payment plan using this form.

Alternate schedules must be arranged in advance and approved by our billing team. Requests should be submitted before the 15th of the month prior to the month of service.
