Crossover Festival- Trader Application Form
If you would like to trade at Crossover Festival 2019, please complete this form.

PLEASE NOTE:
Currently, the festival CANNOT provide any form of power to the outdoor stalls, so traders would need to be self sufficient.
ALSO:
1) A silent generator would be required, since this is an acoustic festival and people like to play music outside. Your generator would need to be placed far away from the quiet, communal area (which is where you would be trading), so you would need an EXTRA long lead and anti-trip mats and some kind of buffer to go around the generator to prevent as much noise as possible.
2) If you plan to sleep in a tent/caravan etc, you will not be able camp next to your stall. (You will only be 20 seconds walk away but the communal is not big enough for both stalls and the accommodation).

If you are unable to do this, please do not submit this form.

CHARGES:
Stall holders will be charged 10% of their sales, which will be paid to Crossover. Alcoholic drink stalls will be charged 20%, paid directly to the venue owners.
