Hello TPS Families,

The Boys & Girls Club will be closed for an event on Friday, October 26th. To make up for this gap in childcare services, TPS will be offering a LIMITED number of aftercare spots for students in all grades (K-8th) from 3:30-5:30 pm. If you need aftercare for your child(ren) this day please respond to this survey by the end of the day on Friday, September 28th. Spaces are available on a first come, first served basis due to staffing. Onces spaces are full students will be put on a wait list.

Facilitated by TPS Instructional Assistants, the program consists of a healthy after school snack, organized activities and choice free time (which sometimes takes place outside, weather permitting). This offers families WHO CANNOT MAKE OTHER ARRANGEMENTS care.

The cost per day of aftercare is $8 for full pay lunch students ($4/reduced lunch, $2/free lunch). Please note - late pick-up past 5:30 pm will result in a charge of $1/minute for each minute late. Adults picking up students must have a pick-up card or an ID that can be verified with the approved pick-up list. Pick-up will be at the cafe/alley door on the east side of the school. Payments can be made in person or by calling Ms. Kristin at 812.558.0041 with a credit/debit card number.

Aftercare payments for Friday, October 26th will be due by Monday, October 1st.  Please complete a separate form for each child who needs care. Any questions should be directed to admin@theprojectschool.org.

*Kinder families who regularly utilize Friday Kinder aftercare do not need to sign up. Your spaces are already guaranteed.*
