RULES: · Registration is free for this event; however, all
registrations are due by 5PM on Friday, October 24th
· Only CFISD campus organizations and Langham Creek YMCA
approved guest will be allowed to register trunks for this year’s event,
however trick or treating is open to everyone
· All participants must provide their OWN candy for distribution,
CFISD Police Department/LCYMCA will NOT provide candy
· Please be courteous to your trunk neighbors and keep your
decorations confined to your parking space
· No amplified music OTHER THAN Halloween themed music (no
profanity or vulgar language)
· Electricity will NOT be provided for Trunkers
· Vehicles must arrive NO LATER than 4:30PM and be decorated and
ready to go by 5:00PM for official display.
· Vehicles will not be permitted to move or leave the parking
lot until the conclusion of the event
· All vehicles will be assigned an entry number at Check
In. Entry numbers must be placed on the right upper most visible location.
· No Alcohol or Smoking ( Vaping)
· Most important of all…HAVE FUN and BE SAFE!.
