Parent/Student Technology Support Requests
-Technology Support is available for parents and students utilizing school issued technology. 
-Support is only available during school hours. 
-Requests are reviewed on a daily basis and will be addressed in the order they are received.
-You will receive an update on the status of your request within 2 school calendar days of submitting your ticket.
-Technical support is not available on weekends, evenings, or during school holidays.
-Requests submitted after school hours will not be addressed until the following school day.
