更新團員資料 Updating Personal Particulars Request
申請須知
 1. 家長可向本團查詢或更改其地址、電話或銀行直接付款（自動轉賬）之戶口號碼等資料。
 2. 如需更改銀行直接付款（自動轉賬）之戶口資料，請親臨本團辦事處辦理。更改過賬戶口號碼申請需在過賬日前最少15 天遞交，以便有足夠時間辦理有關手續。
3.    更改團員姓名需遞交更改姓名證明文件，請將有關文件發送至hkccm006@gmail.com。

Important Notes
 1.   Parents may request access to and correction of their personal details, such as address, telephone number or bank account number for auto-pay, provided to HKCC.
 2.  For updating bank account number for auto-pay, please submit application to HKCC offices in person. Application is to be made at least 15 days prior to the Debit Date of next Instalment to allow sufficient processing time.
 3.  As supporting document is needed for changing member's name, please send the document concerned to hkccm006@gmail.com.
