The deadline for Fall 2021 matches was November 11, 2021 and the first round of matches were sent out via email on 16 November, 2021. We will meet in April 2022 to discuss the program with participants in order to learn and make adjustments for our Fall 2022 call for participants. Please note: You may submit this form at any time, but matching delays will occur between calls for participants.
The DDFC Mentorship and Peer Support Programs are free, volunteer-run mutual aid programs for people in French and Francophone Studies (broadly defined) and allied/related fields in academia and in non-academic careers. In order to help us match you with (a) mentor/mentee/peer with whom you can hopefully build (a) meaningful and supportive relationship(s), we as that you please fill out this form that asks several questions about your specific goals and interests related to these programs.
This is this is the first initiative of of the mentorship and communities for people minoritized in and by our field(s) action group and will, thus, be an inherently iterative process. The deadline for the first round of mentor/mentee/peer matches is November 11, 2021. We will contact you about your match(es) after the deadline has passed.
