Local, Non Profit/Government Org Booth Space 2017-2018
Your organization will be provided with 10' x 10' space and will be responsible for bringing any tables, chairs, canopies and weights, etc. We charge $30 per day for renting our equipment which includes setup and takedown but is limited so be sure to reserve as far in advance as possible.

The market opens at 9am on Saturdays, and 10am on Sundays. Please arrive early enough to be set up and ready 15 minutes before the open. You must stay until the market closes (4 hours). If you are late, you will not be invited back. A hold harmless must be signed, after reading the rules, by any person working the booth in advance of event date. If you are attending the Sunday market at Mueller, please have your staff and volunteers drop off their tables, etc. and park in the vendor parking area before setting up.

Non Profit/Government Guest Vendor Rules:
1. No food or beverages may be given away or sold, whatsoever.
2. No aggressive marketing allowed, e.g. a membership drive, walking through the market from your table for a solicitation.
3. No animals may be given away or sold or accompany any vendor at the market except in the case of a rescue or animal shelter group.
4. Radios and stereos are not allowed.
5. Signs, umbrellas, canopies, etc. must be securely tied down. BRING 4 WEIGHTS each weighing the equivalent of a double cinder block (30lbs each) and rope or bungees to attach to the canopy and the canopy on either side.
6. No printed materials may be distributed.
7. No promotional item may be given away that is not made within the US. For example, we do not allow T-shirts, totes, etc. that were made in another country and printed in the US.
8. Take your trash and recycling with you. There will be a fine of $15 if you use our market garbage cans.

Applications are reviewed on a monthly (or as needed) basis. Please submit your applications at least three weeks prior to date you are interested in tabling. Texas Farmers’ Market will review applications. Those who are accepted will receive an invitation to sign up for your preferred date. If you miss your preferred date without advance notice (end of day Thursday prior to market weekend), you will not be invited back.

Review of application may take as long as ten working days. Upon completion, you will receive an email confirmation that your application was received.
