GENERAL GUIDELINES1. Use this form to apply reimbursements for the following allowances. - Project/Dissertation Allowance, - Graduation Robe, - Prescription Glasses, and - Air Passage.2. All applications, accompanied with supporting documents including payment receipts and invoices, must be submitted to the EAUC at email@example.com. Do not submit multiple claims. It is sufficient for you to place all your claims into one online submission.
PURCHASES AND PREPARING YOUR CLAIMS1. Students are advised to purchase the items under their names. Any receipts or invoices issued under another person name will not be reimbursed.2. Number your receipts clearly and highlight the claimed amount in GREEN fluorescent. 3. Email it with other supporting documents in pdf format.4. Ensure all file names and emails sent are in the format recommended by EAUC.
PAYMENT OF CLAIMS1. The online AFR5 must be submitted at least ONE (1) month before date of departure to ensure on-time payment..2. Payment may be delayed if submission is made less than 30 days after the given deadline.3. Students can also write in to the Director of Studies to request for payment in Brunei. 4. Send your request to EAUC at firstname.lastname@example.org and EAUC will send your application to Brunei.
