Using the Cards

If you were new to the deck, did you require assistance in understanding the deck? And if so, for which parts?

*
What did you and your class do with the cards? What would a time-lapse of your workshop look like? *
Were any prompts a blocker for anyone in your class, and if so, how? *
How would you describe the environment of and for learning the cards facilitated? What tones, textures, qualities of conversation did the cards yield?
Before and After
Before using the card deck, how would you describe your group's grasp on critical approaches to photography and/or visual culture?  *
What techniques and methods for visual analysis had your class done before using the card deck?
After using the deck, how do you think your group's grasp on critical approaches to photography and/or visual culture changed?
*
What techniques and methods for observation-based work might you carry into future workshops or lesson plans?
Would you use the deck again?
*
Something I am always wondering is how to balance nuance and accessibility, specifically in the language deployed throughout the study pack. Some parts prioritize simplicity, while others prioritize complexity. How would you describe this balance? Would you say any parts felt too complex or too simple?
In the World

I am still learning where things like this can live!! Where have you found things like this in the world? Where do you look for resources like this?
