2019 Culture Camp Counselor Application
Catalyst Foundation Vietnam Culture Camp is a 4-day weekend camp filled with fun crafts, song & dances, language games, water balloons, family sessions, and cultural shows to help build self-esteem & establish appreciation of the Vietnamese heritage and culture for children adopted from Vietnam and neighboring countries.

The Catalyst Vietnam Culture Camp 2019 Application is to help the Camp Staff select volunteer counselors to best represent the Catalyst Foundation.

Our goal is to be impartial to your age, disability, ethnicity, gender, national origin, political views, religion, sexual orientation, network/connection or other personal characteristics.

We are requiring ALL of our volunteers to submit their responses. The results of our questionnaire will remain confidential. Please take time to read each point carefully. Do not share answers or questions with anyone. To help guide you to the correct answers, also review the Camp Code of Conduct CAREFULLY (Hint!!).

We ask that you do not submit your application if you will NOT be available for the full duration of camp you are applying to, beginning promptly 11 AM on Thursday through 2 PM on Sunday.

2019 Locations:
• Madison, Wisconsin - July 11, 12, 13, 14 -- 2019.
Fluno Center @ UW Madison Campus

• Hancock, Massachusetts - July 18, 19, 20, 21 -- 2019.
Jiminy Peak Mountain Resort (1 hour from ALB airport, 3 hours from NYC airports)

Please DO NOT make travel plans until we’ve confirmed you as a counselor. As it gets closer to camp, we will do our best to arrange rides from airports and carpools from various locations.
