I’m looking for 20 women that want to TRANSFORM and TONE in 30 minutes a day with a meal plan for 30 days. You will lose at least 10 pounds, be provided with nutrition support for 30 days with an at home workout, recipes, daily challenges, and you’ll be supported by a coach (me) for daily accountability, motivation, prizes, and duh -- fun. 🙂
