Table Fee & Information- 
Only FULL TABLES will be offered; one guest or PA is allowed. 
      - IF an additional guest or PA is needed, there will be an additional $50 fee. 
      - Cost per table $200
      - Purchase of table will include: 10' x 8' space, (1) 6 ft table, (2) chairs, (1) tablecloth, (2) tickets to the Fantasy Ball that night.

Invoice must be paid within 6 weeks, or your invoice will be cancelled, and your spot will be revoked.
