2020-2021 GS Band Parent Volunteer Form
As a parent of a band member, your help will be needed with various activities throughout the year. Volunteer opportunities include helping serve punch after concerts, monitoring rooms during solo ensemble festival, and helping organize the fundraiser orders.
We ask that you look at your schedules and, if possible, donate some of your time to your child’s band program. Just place a check next to the activities with which you are interested in helping, give us your name and preferred contact information, and a band director will contact you with information prior to the event. If you do not hear from someone you may assume that we have enough helpers.

September 14, 6:15pm-7:15pm – All Bands Party – Help serve treats, help with activities, etc.
Dec. 5, during/after band concert -- Help prep/serve punch/brownies
February 13, 8:00am – 12:00pm (one or two hour shifts) – Grade School Solo/Ensemble Festival - Help with various activities necessary to running the festival
May 1, during/after band concert – 1) Help tear down stage (includes helping rack stands and chairs 2) Help serve punch & brownies
Please check this box if you would be interested in serving as a stage tear down manager for the May 2nd Concert -- we're looking for someone to provide direction to the many volunteers who come help us tear down
