Please register to attend Sunday's 8am Eucharist at Trinity Episcopal Church, Cranford. Fill out this form for each person attending the service. Enter the church through the double doors on the corner of North and Forest. The single side doors are for exit only. We are required to collect this information by state and local health authorities. Your name and contact information will remain private unless the health department requests it for contact tracing purposes.

A reminder that social distancing and a minimum mask requirement (KN 95) will be required at all times on church grounds and in the building. KN 95 masks will be available at the door.
