Admission Form Must be Filled in accurately and honestly. After successful Submission of the Form, must submit soft copies of the following documents at info@gvhs.in and hard copies to the Admissions office along with application fees(non-refundable):

1. Copy of birth certificate
2. Two recent passport size photograph
3. Previous School Leaving Certificate(Original)
4. Previous 2 years Annual Progress Report/Result
5. Appropriate medical documents, if the student has any medical condition
