私は、HIKARIGAHARA CAT TOURSに参加するにあたり、私が負傷し、後遺症害を負い、或は死亡した場合においても、自己の過失が認められた場合、 すべての責任は自分自身で負い、主催者ならびに関係者に対して一切の訴訟等、損害賠償の請求を行わないことを誓約いたします。上記誓約内容及び本申込内容に同意します。

I participated in HIKARIGAHARA CATTOURS. In the event of injury, harm from aftereffects, or even death due to my own negligence, I will be fully responsible and will not request any damages or pursue any lawsuits against the persons concerned. I agree to the contents of this pledge and this application.
