Get Your Duncan Public Library Card!
Library Cards are FREE for all those who live in Stephens County! If you live in a county that is adjacent to Stephens (Carter, Comanche, Cotton, Garvin, Grady & Jefferson), your family can still get a library card with a one-time, out-of-county fee of $25--for the whole family, not per card! (Online-only access does not have a fee no matter the county).
Please indicate which type of card you are wanting:
Adult Cards are for those who are 18 and older who wish to check out physical library items as well as have access to digital resources. You will be required to bring in 2 forms of ID/address verification to finish this registration to receive your library card. (Until ID is verified and your card is picked, this account will function as an Online-Only account).
Child Cards are for ages 6-17 and whose parents give permission to have full access to both physical and digital resources; these cards must be attached to a parent or guardian's library account. These cards can be picked up at the library once registration is complete. (Until the child can be attached to a parent or guardian, this account will function as an Online-Only account).
Online-Only Access is for patrons age 6 and older who wish to have access to virtual library titles as well as online databases. These cards do not have to be attached to a parent or guardian. Ages 6-13 must have a parent's permission to sign up for online-only access. You will be given your card number rather than a physical library card. If you later wish to have full access, you can fulfill all the requirements for a full-access account, and pick up your card from the library!
