2025 Cassie Marino Foundation Golf Scramble
Use this to sign up for our golf outing.  Cost is $125 per golfer.  Payment is due to complete registration.  Payment can be made through:
  • Venmo (@CassieMarinoFoundation), 
  • Zelle (info@cassiemarinofoundation.org)
  • USPS (BMO  PO Box 486 Minooka, IL  60447).  
Shotgun start will happen around noon.  Golf includes range balls, 18 holes with a cart, and a BBQ dinner afterwards.  Prizes and raffles will be available.  

We are always looking for sponsors for holes and prizes.  Contact Matt Marino (info@cassiemarinofoundation.org) or 630-234-0933 for hole & contest sponsorships and/or donations for prizes and raffles.
