In accordance with the terms of this Exhibitor's Registration and Contract, the organization below contracts for the exhibit space and services offered by the Oregon Business Education Association (OBEA) at the conference during the following days:

*Open Exhibit Hours

--Friday, February 16, 4:00-9:00 p.m., (Closed during Opening Session, 5:30-7:00 p.m.)

--Saturday, February 17, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., (Closed during Luncheon/General Session, Noon-1:30 p.m.)

*Activities in Exhibit Area

--Friday, February 16, 7:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m., Exhibitor's Reception, Viticulture Experience, and a no-host bar

(One complimentary ticket)

--Saturday, February 17, Noon-1:30 p.m., WBEA Luncheon, General Session & Pineapple Pull

*Booth Break Down

--Saturday, February 17, 5 p.m.

EXHIBITOR ACCEPTANCE

Exhibitor will not break down display before designated exhibit times as state above. The exhibitor assumes the entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages, and claims arising out of exhibitor's activities on the Hotel premises and will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WBEA, OBEA, the Hotel, its owner, and its management company, as well as their respective agents, servants, and employees from any and all such losses, damages, and claims. I, the duly authorized representative of the undersigned company, on behalf of that company, subscribe and agree to all the terms and conditions of this contract.

SUBLETTING AND CANCELLATION

Exhibit tables and spaces may NOT be sublet without written authorization from the Exhibit Chairperson (Joey Running). No refunds will be made in the event of cancellation.

Below is a list of events (image) for which the 2024 WBEA Conference would appreciate your support in the form of full or partial scholarship:

EXHIBITOR'S REGISTRATION AND CONTRACT

Exhibit reservation includes one, 6-foot draped table and two chairs. Additional tables are accompanied by two chairs. All exhibitors will receive a name badge. Exhibitors wishing to attend the breakout sessions must register as a conference participant (registration form below). Exhibitors may purchase tables, supplies, and conference meals listed below. All contracts must be received and paid in full by February 1, 2024.

Exhibitor's Registration and Contract (image). Please note the electrical hookup is a per/day fee. The hotel bases this on work day not total hours. When you complete the Registration form ( REGISTRATION LINK: https://obea.regfox.com/wbea2024), please complete as necessary. You are welcome to bring your own extension cords if that helps.
