Park View Curriculum Review Parent Consultation Survey 2018
• More curriculum time will be allocated to the option subjects in Year 10 (September 2018), six hours per fortnight instead of the current five.
• The new model means students having three subject choices rather than a maximum of four. More allocated time means that the students should be better prepared to meet the challenges of the revised and significantly tougher content of reformed GCSE.
• More curriculum time will be allocated at KS4 to support our students in achieving the Combined Science GCSE and those who will opt to study triple sciences.
