Here we have some basic information, so you understand what we expect of you!
What is awareness team?
The Awareness Team is the support system of Fite Qlub’s events and festivals. Each member works with a buddy to help ensure participants feel safe, welcomed, and included. Their role is to prevent anyone from feeling isolated, to foster a sense of belonging throughout the space and to make sure people are following the house rules.
As the event’s support system, participants can approach an Awareness Team member at any time if they need assistance, someone to talk to, or help navigating the event. By being present, attentive, and approachable, the team helps maintain the culture of care that defines Fite Qlub. In this way, the Awareness Team plays a vital role in shaping our events into spaces of safety, connection, and community.
