2021-2022 EGE Parent Documentation for Student Absence
Please complete the information below to document your student's absence from school.

If your child is absent a full day or left school early due to a medical appointment and is given an excuse note from the medical facility, please email the medical note or send it with your student to be turned in to the attendance office.

Absences will only be excused when proper documentation is received by the attendance office within 48 hours of the student's return to school. The only exception to this 48-hour window is an absence that schools are required to excuse per the state of Texas (TEC 25.087:   http://tinyurl.com/y2wy554w)
